By adopting BOPP thermal film or pre-coated film for lamination, we protect the printing effect, ensuring waterproof and stain-resistant qualities. These films are extensively used for cosmetics boxes, calendars, food packaging, books, magazines, posters, medicine boxes, tobacco packaging, and business cards, enhancing the packaging's elegance and durability.

1.Feeding section 

• The automatic feeder provides high-efficiency, high-speed, and high-precision paper feeding.
• The paper feeding pile has a height of 550mm.
• The automatic laminating machine is equipped with an anti-curl device, which ensures the paper remains flat, thereby reducing the error rate during the lamination process.

2.Laminating Section

• The machine is equipped with an 80-140° heating system that adjusts the temperature according to different film thicknesses.
• An inner heating lamp ensures faster and more uniform heating.
• Hydraulic lamination applies greater and more even pressure, resulting in a superior lamination effect.
• The 200mm diameter upper laminating roll features high-gloss chromium plating, providing a smooth and durable surface.
• The 135mm diameter lower laminating roll is made of silicone rubber, firmly grasping the paper to accelerate the lamination process and achieve better results.
• The machine comes with a standard electromagnetic heating system that provides faster and more stable heating.

• The pneumatic separation system ensures stable and rapid paper separation.
• The spring punch knife enhances the efficiency of film cutting processing.

4.Paper delivery part 

• The automatic paper stacker efficiently collects and organizes the laminated paper sheets.
• The automatic paper delivery system minimizes manual operation and enhances convenience.
