Feeding Mechanism
The automatic feeder effortlessly handles paper ranging from 100 to 500 gsm, demonstrating seamless performance. Sourced from a renowned brand, this feeder boasts high quality, precision, and adaptability, ensuring accurate paper transfer and smooth operation.
Paper Transportation Table
The conveying table features a customized stainless steel corrugated board. The brush wheel and rubber pressing wheel operate smoothly. The servo motor system improves overlap accuracy, with an error margin of ≤±2 mm. The precision side lay, equipped with highly sensitive sensors, detects paper positioning in real time, enhancing the precision of the laminating process.
High Precision Lamination Section
A 400mm diameter heating roller ensures faster and more consistent film laminating, using an electromagnetic heating system. The gluing system features Teflon treatment, making it easy to clean and non-stick.
Electromagnetic Component
High-quality electronic components sourced from world-renowned brands guarantee reliable performance during operation and simplify maintenance and component replacement in case of any malfunction. The user-friendly interface, featuring a color touch screen, simplifies the operation process. The operator can easily and automatically control paper sizes, overlap, and machine speed.
Separation Mechanism
The paper cutter is equipped with a tension controller and an anti-curl device to ensure that the paper remains flat and uncurled. A disco knife enhances cutting efficiency. The bounce roller, controlled by an independent motor, uses speed differences to facilitate paper separation.
Paper Delivery System
The pneumatic paper sorting structure ensures the neatness of the paper and facilitates the next process. A reduction wheel prevents paper damage by controlling the speed at which it hits the baffle, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining an optimal atmosphere.
