The high-strength belt is durable and flat, resulting in smoother transmission. The anti-curl device maintains paper flatness and reduces error rates during the lamination process. The servo motor control system ensures accurate operation of the front lay and precise paper overlap. The high-precision front lay, equipped with highly sensitive sensors, detects paper positioning in real time, ensuring precise overlap and smooth paper feeding.

An inflatable shaft device is used to secure the film, providing greater stability and enhancing the lamination process while reducing error rates. The film cutting device can adjust the film size online, making the process more flexible and efficient.

The 320mm diameter laminating roller, combined with a high-temperature-resistant rubber roller, ensures faster film laminating. The electromagnetic heating system shortens preheating time and improves the laminating effect.
